Termination and Refunds

The Agreement shall continue until the Services have been provided as per the Agreement or until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice, in accordance with these Terms.

Clients may cancel their enrolment in the programme by providing 30 days' written notice to [email protected] .

Refund policy for Fertility-FIT Programme:

• Cancellation does not warrant any refund but will cancel the forthcoming payments provided 30 days’ written notice is given.

Refund policy for Fertility-FIT Supplement:

• We will only refund complete, unopened products, in its original packaging, up to 30 days from the date of order. Please email [email protected] with your order number to start the return process.
• In the event of damaged or incorrect orders, please email [email protected] with your order number and details of the damaged or incorrect order.
• We will email or call you to arrange a replacement. Refunds will not be given in this instance.
• Please DO NOT return your product/s until you have heard back from our customer support team.

Any rights to terminate the Agreement shall be without prejudice to any other accrued rights and liabilities of the parties arising in any way out of the Agreement as at the date of termination.
